Are you using a spring?

As a matter of fact, what are you using? 2002 Timmy, newer, what board, what trigger, etc. It is hard to advise without more info.

You need a spring, i had exactly the same problem on mine
Alias with cp roller bearing trigger. You can use the small spring out of a pen, adjust the centre grub screw so that it is just touching the contact on the micro switch. Then adjust the top grub screw(spring tension) clockwise to greaten the pressure on the spring, this will help it (told this by a timmy tech)and then adjust debounce and mbounce accordingly, my settings are deboune 9, mbounce 5 with a frenzy board.

You'd need a spare, NPS maybe.

But to be honest, having a spring is the key, I can't remember ever using that top screw for adjustment, it was usually just dialled out.

If you want to lighten a sping just over stretch it then cut it down, but a Biro-type should be pretty good as stock.
