Thread size for ego QEV

When removing my qev from my 05 ego i found the threads in the ram housing slightly damaged does any one know ,thread size and thread pitch? so i can run a tap down to clean the threads up

It's not 10-32, that's standard cocker/ion qev size and EGO's are threaded differently to that.

Oops, my mistake. Apparently it's #6-32.

should be same as grip screw, i think, so just run one thru to tidy it up

Spoke to planet the thread size is 6.32 unc

Has any one tried using the grip frame screw to clean the thread up ,
