Most people in rec ball, will use site guns, tippmans, infernos etc..
Piranha is ok, personally I would get an Automag, been around for years and will take almost any abuse. But then I am old so I am bias.
Most of the Spyder clones are all about the same peformance wise.
Depends what you are looking for. Something flashy or performance.
Inferno with a decent barrel , thats a good place to start.

Just about anything is passable for use in Recball....
The pirahna is a spyder clone right? If so.....it'll serve your purposes fine and the spyder clones look a little more bling that infernos or tippys

As PMI, the company that makes the Piranha, has been in Paintball since the beginning of the sport I hardly think they 'cloned' anybody else's work.Originally posted by Pump'n'Splat

It's your marker, it does the job, it will be fine for Rec-ball.
If on the other hand you want to try a few tournaments thats a whole 'nother can of worms.
Like Darkwerks says do a little research before your next purchase, it might save you time and money buying something that ultimatley your not happy with.
i've seen guys with splatmasters at big games, taking folk out cos they could move so fast

i have a piranha vtl with antisyphol and will be getting a good electric hopper and a new barrel will that be any good in a rec ball game?
Like he said crave nearly anything is good for rec ball u just gotta be able to get as many shots off as fast as possilbe if your playing a high end marker
