think of it like double glazing....... if u look at a thermal lens, its the thick outer layer, then there is a softer inner plastic layer with a space between
Works perfect when goggles are in good order - don't dip them in water though...
Anti-fog spray - haven't tried myself but doesn't work for anybody I know... Just make sure your goggles are sitting tight to your face (you'll hate it if you have cheap goggles...)
Gog's really are the most important part of your equipment. I'd have a crap marker and some good gog's over a wicked marker and not being able to see - anyday...go thermal

Fogging yes, but iv only played in humid weather (Rain, evening before the rain) so that might be my problem, but since i am getting a lot of rain I might need the thermals
