The return of 10 man in europe

No. Not really.
In England it seems 7 is likely to stay as the approved format at least while the Millennium Series is still flousihing. With Niall being appointed President, its immediate future looks in safe hands.
I can't see any of the Tourney organisers changing the format and running 10 man events, when most teams will probably want to practice sevens.
