Idea copied from a thread elsewhere !

What would you like to see at your PERFECT venue, regardless of cost.

Ie : How many fields
On what surface.
Indoor / outdoor.

Make it a real wish list, i have already had a couple of goes at this on the other site so would like some others to have some input.

Laters

:)

ps : If someone on here wins the Euro Millions Lottery they will need some ideas on what to spend their winning on !

Attack Paintball in Newport came pretty close in my opinion, that was a great place to play. Nice, well lit, clean indoor field, proper kitchen chucking out the burgers, and the second story spectator zone is a quality idea.

Shame the setting up rooms were a bit chopped up and cramped, and the fact you had to go outside to get to the field (even though it's an indoor arena you still got wet!)

If I were to improve it, there would deffo be more girls behind the shop counter...

Location, Location.
indoor and outdoor venue.
XL turf indoor and outdoor
Reball inside and outside paint.

2 outdoor fields with room to expand as well as a rec ball bit for a bit of fun.
Both X-ball fields

Indoor reball fields. 2 of them.

bleachers around all fields, proper chill out area with real home cooked food as a pose to burgers and chips.

A dormitory style thing so you could turn up and stay for a few days if you felt like it, with showers etc

I will start this off. So regardless of cost,

2 fields possibly more.
Grass or lovely campaign style astro.
Clean and dry kit up sections with enough room for everyone.
Toilets , flushing (Not stinky portaloo)
Plenty of judges
Safe netting around each field
Floodlights.
Shop selling useful items like spares, burst discs, stock of lovely paintball items.
Air preferably purchased from h-Pac , 4500psi and clean.
marker tech.
Food vendor, bit of choice for veggies or health freaks.
Bar to relax after.

All this will be provided when I win the £125million on friday, will beat working anyway.

What he said :D

But: Instead of netting round the fields, I'd use a high perspex barrier, ice hockey style, for extra safety and it'd also be better for spectators & photo's/filming.
Eurosport on big projector screens in the bar for watching MotoGP inbetween games.
And I'd site it right next to a fecking big forest for woodball whenever the mood takes you.

If I win tomorrow night I'll be setting something like this up, no doubt, it'll be running by Christmas

not good. how you gonna see when you got paintball splats all over it? Netting is fine as long as you aren't close to it.

film crews should be in the thick of it getting the action anyway :)

Something like Wimbledon but made for paintball. Loads of fields inc. Xball, 7man, Reball and Rec ball. With cafes, nightclubs, shops and hotels all on site. No mud all XL turf and concrete, qualified marshals techs and water girls. Cheerleaders and cameras filming all the action
