The life of a mask lens

Not sure if this has come up before.

But when should we be throwing our old mask lenses away?

with a collection of these in my kit bag. Wondered if there is a recommended life
expectancy. Being used or just stored away.

Anyone know this?

company guidelines are usually if you take a straight shot to the lense you should replace it and discard the old one. as for life expectancy, id probably just email the company itself
