Those were formerly made by Spanky. I don't think they are anymore, which is a
good thing. I have a friend that now owns one of the "spear heads" and it is a outstanding gun.
THose types of bodies used to be called Cobra bodies (no relation to cobra paintball). I had nothing but problems with that body
First thing that was wrong was that the barrel threads were messed up. What had happened that the anodizing had left a pool of excess "anodizing" in the threads, so they would not take cocker barrels.
Fixed that by getting a wire brush and carefully clearing the excess ano. Then, when I had finally got it all together and started to shoot paint through it, I noticed the breach was too small to let the paint through.
Sent the gun to WGP and they said they'd fix it for free since I couldn't get a hold of Spanky. They said they could drill it out a little without hurting the ano. Once it got there they said the trigger frame screws were stripped also and need to be retaped, but still this was done for free.
Get it back, shoots fine. Go out to play and the so called angel threaded feed tube falls mid game with hopper still attached to it. This stripped all the threads in the body out.
WGP wouldn't warranty the feed tube, so at this point I said f*ck it and had an angel tube pressed into the body for a more permanent fit. I then sold it.
