So, after reading and watching videos for months, trying to get my around all the pb lingo and what not I finally made my first big purchase and I couldn't be happier!!! I left getting a marker until last and safe to say it payed off!! I ended up getting an etek4 lt. What a piece of kit!! Got the rotor and a guerilla air bottle.
So far I've put a whole case of paint through it. I got a free squeegee too so I literally have everything I need for some serious paintbaling!! I'm off to gunsmoke paintball in Ipswich the weekend after next and I cannot wait until I can actually shoot other players hehehe feel like a kid at Xmas.
A massive thank you to all the guys that have helped me on my introduction to the sport and all the guys at lips and brickett wood. I was even asked to join a sup air team which I may think about after my Jiu Jitsu tournament next month!! Hustle paintball has helped me a lot as has Danger man both are YouTube channels if you're a newb go check em out!! My advice to newbs. Get a mask, find a venue, talk to people, watch vids, save up to get a good level marker and don't impulse buy!! Air not co2 and good paint makes all the difference.
I've had an awesome weekend playing with my new marker and learning all about it , don't loose focus and you'll be happy as larry before you know it!!! Thanks again guys and I hope to see you out on the field one day!! I'm the lad with the dreads!! Sam......OSS!!!
