I think it's relevant to SYB so...
I just want to say thankyou to the powers to be that pay for and provide this site. I just read the link in news saying that they are about to move servers etc. and I appreciate that such efforts are not without cost.
I have no idea if this website justifies it's direct costs and whether it brings in revenues in advertising or more readers to to the magazine etc., but I do know that I really appreciate it as a resource, and that it has helped significantly for European and Worldwide paintball. And as such it is very valuable to the community of paintball.
It's one of the few paintball resources with high level participants and without the immaturity. And as such I think that makes it a great and valuable contribution to the world of paintball.
So even with the occasional bickering and bitching by the ungrateful, this is a top site and greatly appreciated.
It's also a source of entertainment, and some of the bickering is hilarious. None better than the PGI towers squabbles.
I've even grown to love (and appreciate!) the level of moderating done here. Sometimes...
