Just to say Thanks to WDP for the good service they have given me since owning my Angel.

I had a problem with my angel circuit board and car charger, I sent back the board on charger on monday, and thursday of the same week, I received a new charger and board. My LCD is now working fine.

I don't work for WDP !

I contrast this service with say your local car dealer !

To be fair, if I spent over £1000 on a paintball gun, I would expect the after care service to be that good. Not knocking WDP, but they should be that professional / reliable / efficiant etc etc

Hmm, sounds like I'm trying to slag them off maybe but I'm really not.

You could say though because you paid £1000+ for a PC you wanted it fixing in the same week. Not gonna happen!

my mum bought a brand new Ford car from Byan Brothers in Bristol, it had lots of problems. Finally after contacting Ford direct she got the car replaced, but it took 6 months of fighting through BS to get there, that car cost a lot more than 1k

Other mail order products I have purchased which have gone wrong have also involved weeks of waiting for a replacement.
But on the otherhand, what WDP does is simply provide the service it should do, its all the other companies who are abnormal.

Anyway, my marker works fine now.
