Against all my better judgement went for the last one. I was feeling the second option for a bit though.

speaking of this, ive been browsing classifieds in PBN
and its shocked me to see how many markers there are advertised as *DM4/timmy/what ever is hot for sale with cheat/ramping board*
anyways, bottom one it definetly is!

What I should have said is, while the organiser's are looking as though they are pussy footing around, players will take advantage.
And because they do not seem to have made any headway threads like this pop up saying lets make FA a mode thats ok to use at events.
We have a good system in the UK in that all the regional organisers have agreed that if one of them bans anyone only they can remove the ban and while it is in force the player would not be allowed to play at any event in the UK.
If any player is found with board in a forbidden mode and in the opinion of the Tournament Ultimate he/she knew that, I would expect that they would recieve a lifetime ban.
