testing steel air bottle

hi, bought steel air bottle back in 2008 and now selling on all my paintball gear as i don't use it anymore. was wondering if anyone knows where i can get it tested, i live in skegness lincolnshire. thanks, simon

Testing steelies is usually uneconomical

New bottles don't cost much more the the price of a re-test + postage

Its about £30-40 to buy a new steel tank. Or about £35 to retest. To then make your money back selling you would have to sell for about £40 to cover postage.
Someone looking to buy a Steel tank therefore has the option of around £40 new, or £40 secondhand.

I'd say best bet is to stick it up on ebay, making sure to enter the postage cost. Someone might want it for the Reg or burst discs etc...
