Testing Markers

Hi, me and some friends have really taken an interest in paintball. After playing it and really enjoying it, we are looking into buyin are own markers, goggles etc. Now i know that eveyone says try B4 u buy but there is no one that we know who has a maker(s). We went to the local field, but they did not specialize in just paintball, so there was no shop or anything, and they only had one type of marker, which we used and it was a bit poor. I had not heard of it before, something like XTS ???
Anyway i was wondering, if anyone could help me out here with this problem? I would like to try out some markers first and/or goggles? If anyone can lend us a hand it would be a great help.

I am in Ipswich, Suffolk, so around the East Anglia Area???

well you could go to a walkon day and ask or go to a shop and ask if you can hold it , wont probably let you test

When is the next walkon day for paintball extreme in colchester? I think i have just missed one, ?

today there was one i was going to go the next will be in JAN some time probably and oh if you are willing to go to London you should check out www.rekkagear.com cause he will let you test or try guns before you buy just call him first, he has a wide selection of gun ussually too.

PS the XTS (sheridan) isnt that bad i use to own one as my first marker and it worked for me just playing rec ball

Would people be willing?

If i were to attend a walkon day would people be willing to let me test their markers? I am looking for something int he under 200 range, so i wouldnt need to try expensive guns? Anyone?

I think that the next walk on day will be 12th jan at paint extreme ,if you do come along to it you will find a range of markers from tippmans upto angels/emags .Would be well worth you popping in because every1 is very friendly and you would have no probs tryin markers out!.

i tried marks race gun grip on his cocker....maaaaan was that goooood. i hope the ground will be dryer and hope its less windy so we actualyl get the sup air up this time....also inhope the concept isnt quite so flooded

yeah must admit that it looks like a sweeeeeeet set up .Hopefully the ground will be a bit dryer this time was lookin forward to sup air /concept but i guess that will have ta wait.You up there next time then cocker????
