Hi,

I wasn't sure where this went so i put it in the same area as my other thread.

Rap4 order the custom ones from TechT in the US anyway, it's the pre-fabs they have in stock.

I went direct to TechT as they would have shipped it to Rap4 most likely and then onward shipped it to me, Phil told me it could take three weeks to a month to arrive.

It takes roughly two weeks going direct through TechT, if you have a design in mind it needs to be a vector image or a Jpeg converted to a vector with the text/font and image you want as one file...

I think it cost roughly £22 all in, there's no import duty because of the low value and their shipping method is tracked whilst still in the continental US so you can keep your eye on the parcel as far as Miami FL usually when it gets flown over the pond.

If you e-mail them, ask if Teagan can deal with your order, she took care of mine from start to finish keeping me posted with the order status and even sent a photo of the finished tag before it was posted to be sure I was happy with it being a birthday present for our team captain.

Thanks for the info, i've ordered one from rap4 already but if it comes then great, if not then oh well. I've ordered a preset one not a personalized one so hopefully they will have it straight in stock.
