So we have seen alot of changes to teams both state side and over here in europe. So what do you think 2006 will hold for new/reformed teams of 2006? Will the NPPL be the same 2 horse race like last year? With the Millenium series locked do the UK teams face better chance of gold?

I guess there will be a couple of teams giving UK a run for the Gold, but it will be interesting to see how things turn out, both with the new format and the changes going on in several teams, and definatey with Nexus & Tigers! (Menace mostly stay with the same base, but with some "youngsters" coming up.)

Maybe a bit off topic - but since I just saw their name amongst those qualified Champions League teams, I started wondering (yeah I´m nosy!):

Anyone know what will happend with the Ton Tons, now that a great deal of the team have left to form a brand new team (French Connection)????

Well - several CPL teams are "in trouble":

Consilium Dei - most of the roster left for Endurance

Tontons - Many left for French Connection

Ducks: Me and Birger left, and with only 6 guys left and no new blood coming in, I would guess they end up merging with someone else) mind you, I am NOT privy to any inside info there, so don't take my word for it).

Tigers: Lost several key players

On the other hand, there is a lot of things happening in Division 1, which may very well be MORE competitive than Champions League this year:

Coming At Ya picked up the whole Doriane Golak team to form a stronger squad (a french/german team - what IS the world coming to?;))

Solid picked up 4-5 really good US players that live with the team and practice several times per week

Method re-forming, possibly with the help of a lot of Pros from last year (might play CPL though ;)).

French Connection with loads of Tontons players

Endurance re-forming with most of the CD players

Backlash picking up a lot of seasoned Pros

Jags and Campaign merging, which will mean the cream of the crop will now be a top team

Team Aaron???

Maharadjas from Sweden stepping up and (I predict) becoming one of the biggest things in Div. 1 this year.

Swedish team DOW picking up Pros left, right and centre to form a new powerhouse

Hellwood making a few good pick ups to bolster a roster that really only missed qualification due to lack of experience last year (the talent is there)

Any guesting US team will play in Division 1

Enemy and Kellys probably still being in top form

ConXion and Phoenix also playing Div. 1

Oh yeah - and then my little team... The Berserks - which just MAY surprise a LOT of people this season, despite being populated by players that never played at a higher level than Division 3, before coming under my wings ;)

All in all - we are in for a REALLY interesting season, where it is anybodys guess how all the new and rewamped teams will do, until Marseille is over.

Oh my god, I just read some of the cr@p they put up there, the guys who left were thrown off because they cheated, end of.

Laurent told me that was going to happen in Madrid long before they knew and for them to start up a website declaring their innocence and putting the blame on me is a fackin insult as well as a few insults they made to me as well.

Far from ending any problems, after seeing that, they can all go fcuk themselves. They cheated at Campaign Cup in using velocity ramped guns, it was confirmed to me by people with them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And then they go on to insult me...hmmmm....we shall see who wins that little war.
Nobody who knows them believes them anyway so I don't know why I would get upset by such a pathetic claim of innocence.
That sort of player needs to leave our sport...for good.
France doesn't need that kind of representation, the Vision guys play exemplary Paintball to a high level with no such need to cheat and all credit to them, they at least get my respect but the other sh1t masquerading as paintballers?
I wouldn't piss on them even if they were on fire.
Fcukin scumbag cheats !!!!

Quelqu'un de cette équipe veulent dire quelque chose plus?

Was the letter 'N' taken from your English dictionary Nick?

I'll see if you can work that one out :)
