Teams in the Sheffield area (uk)

Hey

Me and my friend are new to the game and are wanting to get in to the tournament side of it.

We have all our own equipment and are wondering if there are any teams in or around sheffield that are looking for players or for extra people for training.

We have transport and would be able to travel to tournaments, both have played team sports for a long time and would be very commited

Any advice would be great

Two that spring to mind are the Sheffield Trojans (dunno why ) and I belive the Chameleons are from around those parts.

I believe captain of the Chameleons is Trace who does frequent these boards also, not sure of there website.

Yeah, I am sure the Trojans will be most welcoming as they are a great bunch of lads.

If your just getting into the sporting side of things I'd strongly recommend the Sheffield Trojans.

They're a relatively new team themselves but have an exceptionally professional attitude to both the sport and running the team and are a great bunch of lads to boot
