I don't know about Weston, but there is a great site near Bristol. It's called Hamburger Hill, and it's just by Chelwood, off the A37 on to the A368, less than a mile from the A37.

and as for teams, shockwave 3 are located in that area (3 players work as marshals at hamburger hill)

also hurricane, jabberwocky, twighlight are also based around that area
