Just a little note to ask for your opinons/feedback,
I manage a site in essex, and we are considering running monthly "walkon" style days for teams to practice against other teams, just really wanna know if there is a need for this in the essex area and what would the team take up be. also suggestions on what a resonable price a team would pay for this type of day. and what you would expect in return.

Like i said its only a idea at the moment but hopefully we will provide theses events in the near future.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

most places operate a green fee system, where by you pay the owner cash money for use of the site, which should include a sup-air field, which is on flat grass land, compressed air for the gats and a suitable 'safe' area to set up and have a chat. Suitable parking!

food/drink should be available (but thats where you can make some dollar).

If its a training day then there is no need to have an marshalls, but it may be advisable to have some one to do the dogs work like setting up clearing down the field.

Most places green fee is on a sliding scale dependant on if you bring your own paint or if you buy site paint.

Thats sort of whats out there at the mo, so any ways you can improve on that would give you a head start.

ie more than one field (still sup air), good netting, cooked food, not just crappy burgers/week old sandwiches.

A good air compressor for us to gas up would be cool (expensive, but we are the customers and we don't really care! We want everything for free any way :D)

paint is usually prices about a £5-10 a box more than trade in order for the teams to afford it and give you a chance of making some cash for your troubles, no one should begrudge you a few quid on box of paint, unless it is not looked after and crappy!!! In which case no one will buy from you and you will quickly get a bad name for yourself.

my 2p.

as for actual prices for green fees, I would phone around the local site guys and see what they all charge. the go with something similar.

Or preferably very cheap and let me and Monkey Love train for free with the guns you should give us and the paint you want to sponsor us with!

Cheeky? Why yes I am!

Hope that is of help!

BDPD!

well, we can provide sup'air on a very nice green field, all food is catered in from a local chicken & chips shop, and if you let me know where you can get decent training paint (not site paint) @£5-£10 a box then i will get as much as you could possible want. And as for paint/gat sponsorship nice try. but i like your style. everyone wants everything for nothing but someone has to pay, not me!

Cheers

indeed I did mean for you to put a fiver ontop of your cost per box of paint, cause no one will moan if you actually make some money on paint, but everyone knows how much this stuff costs so they also know if your being greedy!

As far as a good brand to carry I would go with either Draxxus or Evil. (just me favs!)

Jiggster! I miss you to!

BDPD IN FULL EFFECT!!!

by the way what sort of size field do you have? Is it a pipe one or are they all stand alone bunkers?
