Team to train with, Norfolk or nearby

Looking for a team or group of randoms to train with occasionally near Norfolk.
Not looking to join a team but its a long way to Jersey for training lol, standard not drastically important I've played div 4 up to millenium spl, just looking for trigger time.
Or if anyone knows of local air ball walk ons ?

My team (norfolk saints) normally hire out a sup air course for the day and play a few games. Some of the players work at 'top dog paintball' (norwich - ringland) and they rest of the team normally plays their as well. Hits us up with a message if you want to play some time.
