A good company in the states you might consider is www.customsportsgear.com. You can have them create a completely uniques jersey, or use one of their templates, complete with team logo, sponsor logos, name, number, basicaly anything you want. My team is in the process of getting jerseys from them, every experience has been positive. It is a US company, so shipping costs and times will be large, and I don't know what kind of similar companies are over there, but they do good work and you might want to consider them.
