I'm in the process of setting up some team policys & I need some help Can anyone email me a copy of there teams policys that I could use as a guide line ??

Seriously, you might have better luck with a more generic approach over in SYB. Perhaps ask the peeps what sorta rules or policies are important or necessary for maintaining a team? Just a thought.
And to answer your question in a broad sense--you gotta have some framework for a) what's expected of the team members, b) what happens when players don't comply and c) how whatever resulting decisions or discipline is arrived at. That way it's all pretty cut and dry, you avoid most of the personality issues and you know pretty quickly who's up to the task and who isn't.

Just for your info Jose as the captain has final say on some issues concerning the team But He doesn't dictate how the team is run We have a counsil for that
