Lee told me Red Heat was originally Red Alert but when they booked in for a wood tourney theyd mistakenly got them down as Red Heat and the name stuck (I think its better than Red Alert dont you :p).....yeah thats not remotely interesting, sorry

Try taking a look at the team list for some of the bigger tournaments Stateside. The sheer number of teams over there means there's a lot of names for you to either use in full or part. Should give you some food for thought if nothing else.

Just be careful about which ones you choose; avoid the Pro teams and well known Ams. Calling yourselves XSV or Naughty Dogs or something would not be cool. Probably better to put your own little twist in to a name.

Then check it is not already in use in the UK - asking on here would be the easiest way to do that - and bobs your uncle.

Alternatively, a drunken conversation with your teamates may result in a moment of divine inspiration.

Good luck.

Nemeses just cos of a major dispute in my old team as it split. The name came about as it means vengence and retribution which is what we that split off wanted. ;)
