I assume this is going to be for an ion.
the best overall air system for most players is a 4500psi 1.1 fibrewrap bottle
the difference only then comes when it comes to the reg. they are pretty much all the same, some claiming to be more consistant than others and some regs are a little longer or shorter
next step is how big or small are you
and what position you play.
if you have dwarf arms then a 1.1 may be too long for you so it might be worth considering a 0.8 bottle
also if your a front player then you tend not to shoot as much paint as the mids n backs so a 1.1 might not be necessary.
best thing to do is to go to a shop or tournament with your gun and actually phyisically try it and see what feels best.
then shop to find the best price
