just a little question, just about to buy an air system 2nd hand really good deal blahdy blah etc, found out it was a flat bottom though (68cu) will any tank covers fit it or do i have to buy a different one specifically for flat bums?

well. considering that most bottle covers are really flexible, there should be no problem. you just wont be able to use some of the heavily padded ones like the DYE Rhino (i think that what they call it) but most std bottle covers will be fine.
Tank covers are normally for round bottoms,they will fit but u mite want to put a pair of old socks etc to make up the baggy bit at the bottom that the bottle wont fill.
PlanetEclipse do a bog standard bottle cover for about £6 + Vat that fits flat bum 1.1's perfectly!
