tank problem

i just bought a co2 tank and when i take it off then pin valve doent go down or something and it jus keeps leting co2 out, does anyone know how to fix this

If it keeps bleeding CO2 while unscrewed from the gun, bring it back to the place you got it from. To me this looks like a faulty valve, but I'm no expert.

bang the valve to push it out.
Or take it back (the later one is probabbly the best)
