tank help please

ok people, just come back from training and i cant seem to be able to get my tank of.

my reg on my dxs steel tank is made of two peices one attached to the bottle and the other bit atached to that. so when i unscrew it the end in the asa stays still and the piece atched to that spins.

so anybody know how i can get it out?

This don't sound good shoot all the air out before you try anything else


then once is safe with no air just get clamps on it, then send it back where you got it from.

no air in it atall i shot it of.
and the thing is in there real tight.

I don't think this a standard reg for the bottle (steelie) have you changed it or did you buy it like that, or is it new..

it was brand new when i baught it, and i havnt changed anything on it.

september, this is the first time this has happend. its never been stuck like it is now, and i didnt over tighten it.

If the supplier is local to you, you should take it back to them to see if they can do anything, or E-mail them explaining the problem as it should still be under it's warranty...

naa the supplier is no were near me, but isnt there anyway i can get it of?
