I think set you ROF to 54(max) and your dwell to 15 as you bolt can handle that combined with the QEV, set it to 15 and you could hit 24+ bps

yeh, the 360 QEV and firebolt can really get you going fast with a T board, mine is set at 13 i think, lowest it will go with my setup, though i think some people have got it down lower
Millenium - The UK Version of NPPL. Its Capped Semi restricted by your ROF setting. Recommend shot Q'ing also be on.
i was told that CFOA was capped at 15.4 bps whereas NPPL was uncapped semi. can anyone confirm this.

Yes that is correct.
However not all guns can be capped at 15, and for tournaments in the UK there is no way to check what your gun is capped at in semi, if it has a cap at all.
So I would just run uncapped semi (NPPL).
