hi, I am taking my team into enter the SWPL and the SPL this summer at UCZ in newton abbot, unfortunatly we only have a middle level of experience (no real tourneys) has anyone got any tips, other that dont get shot, that may help us win this? If you can then thanks very much

If you are able to go training with some other teams that would help you a lot as you can pick up on what they do and they can explain why they are doing it. There are quite a few that train at UCZ so you should be laughing.

First of all, log on to www.southwestpaintball.co.uk/forums and talk to the local community. Those guys are always willing to help new players and teams out.
