I haven't heard anyone talking about this so here I go:

While staring at the Spearhead cocker in Ravi's article I had an epiphany. Everyone knows the outer hoses on your 3-way have to be switched when used in conjunction with the Blade frame, WGP frame, etc. The outer hoses also have to switched when you get a Shocktech Bomb, right? Now, if put a Blade frame on your stock cocker, then get a Bomb, do the hoses stay the in their original configuration? Help me, for I will remain a lost soul until my question is answered.....:)

need to get hold of Tank for an exit
As a non-blade frame owning cocker owner, (not to mention, I aint got a conventional 3/4/5 way either.....:D )

I'm going to hazard a vaguley educated guess and say yes, with a blade and a bomb, the hoses stay in their original configuration.

My assumtion being based on the fact that a minus* a minus = a plus {(-1)*(-1) = +1 }

call the reverse hose configuration demanded by the blade and the bomb a minus, put them together, you must have a plus.

Wow, I really need to get more sleep!:cool:

I mailed Planet and here's what I got back:

Hi
No problem, you still need to switch the hoses when you fit a Blade frame,
so with the Bomb, the configuration should end up looking like a standard
3-way with a standard slide trigger. Understand?
The Bomb has good reports with the Blade because of the short switch length.
It is certainly not going to be a set up that wont work for him.
Cheers
Kinda figured as much, but I wanted to be sure. :)
