SW KotH Xmas-Bash Results

[Syd (NSPL)]

This was the final event of an amazing season of paintball in the South West and didn't dissapoint. Not only were we in the dry, atmospheric suroundings of Bristol Indoor's Showtime venue, but there were lots of new faces and a competitive, but friendly feel about the place.

To all the new teams and players - thank you so much for giving the event a go. I hope you all enjoyed the experience and are now hooked on this great sport. I hope to see more of you again in 2005.

Many thanks to Steve Shepherd and everyone at Showtime who made my life very easy and your tournament run smoothly. Also, thanks to Marco for stepping up and sorting the chronoing out at the start of the day.

Finally, a massive thanks to Liverpool Showtime for travelling all the way from Scouse-Land and working their butts off all day. A great standard of marshalling under difficult conditions - respect to you guys!

Watch out for the Berks Kidz - these little ninjas rock. They are going to upset your world!

Berks Kidz Pic's. This team is made up of guys aged between 12 and 14. It was their first ever tourney and they had a real blast at Steve's place. Dan, the guy collecting the trophy, started the team because he was to young (13) to try out for any of the established teams.

They are looking at a name change, something a little more paintball'ish, maybe team Genocide

To Team Alpha 1 : You guys are top sportsmen. Many many thanks for handing your trophy to the Kidz as a sporting award, it meant a lot to all the kidz, manager and coach(s).

Thanks to Just Paintball and Jeff from Reading Indoor for the last minute sponsorship of the tops, made the kidz feel like a real team.
