** Dates announced for the 2008 SuperLeague series **

Thanks everyone for your support and encouragement over the 2007 season!! It is as a result of the growth of the series over the past 12 months (summer and winter events) that we're looking forward to 2008 being another great year for the Super League. The series really has gone from strenght to strength at our purpose-built venue and the improvements set for the coming season will continue to improve the site.

The provisional dates for the 2008 series are as follows:

20th April
18th May
22nd June
13th July
17th August
14th September

All events will be in the 5-man format with prizes for the top three teams at each event. There will be cash prizes at the end of the series, as in 2007:
1st Place - £500
2nd Place - £250
3rd Place - £125
There will also be prizes for the most improved team of the series at the final round.

Entry to the league will remain at £99+vat (£116.32) per team and places will be limited to 20 teams per event. The entry fee goes to paying for marshals on the day and includes use of the compressed air (4500psi) which is available on site

This is a great series aimed at improving technique and tournament play without costing a fortune or being bogged down with too many regulations. The tournament fields are fully netted so you can watch from the sidelines and there is a dedicated tournament player safe zone and car park. With an emphasis on fun, the event aims to help you improve your game and help others to bring on their game as well.

Rite well seeing as the first ones not long away, ive taken it upon myself to post these up
just to make the point im nothing to do with this league i just wana people to play against as we (leeds uni) are playing it.

Yep, we've done a lot of work on the site over the Winter months and we're reading to start playing again. The Wednesday night 3 man tournies will be back up and running again as of 16th April and the Superleague starts on 20th April.
