Supair

3v3/5v5/7v7/10v10 teams start at opposite ends of a field, flag in centre, points based, limited time in game. Once all players are eliminated, or the flag has been successfully hung on the oppositions, the game is OVER!

X-Ball

same field format to supair (or similar). The time format is different though, similar to Basketball methinks. There is a overall game time, but it gets stopped in flag hangs, and eliminations, then everyone goes back and starts again, so there could be multiple games within the game time. It is supposed to be more intensive, as you need to get back to your 'pits' in time for the next play.
