Sunset mini's in Tourneys

Okay, stupid question maybe, but I heard that in some tournaments you are not allowed to use SUNSET minis, this is due to orange paint not being visible on it...

Can anyone clear this up?

As Dan said technically its not allowed, due to the reason you said, but it sometimes depends on which tourney circuit you are playing, so if in doubt ask the organiser.

If not may I recommend Sloth for a nice new anno job

It seems a bit silly that empire would release a product which cannot be used in tourneys. Collecters Item?
