subscription troubles with PGI

i have a subscription with PGI but as i said in the subject, i'm having trouble. on numerous occausions i have emailed them about it. it seems that after i renewed my subscriptio, i have recieved one magazine since september. granted, in the US, with the trouble that month had, i can understand the problems with recieving mail from overseas, but since september, i have recieved 1 magazine. right now, i have no clue as to what futher action that i can take to get this. i don't want to pay for back subscriptions when i should be getting in the first week of the month.

so, other than emailing, yet again, the subscription department, can anyone else shed some light onto my problem?

Er, it might be an idea to give us some details as the name of 'Nobody' doesn't really help us in trying to identify the problem.
Email me on robbbo@paintballgamesmag.com with all the times you have tried to notify us of your problem.
To help me make sure this problem doesn't re-occurr, could you please let me know, who you emailed, when and how many times.
