How come the number of renewal reminders has gone from 3 to 1? used to get a letter reminding your that your subscription is about to run out for the last 3 months leading up to when it ran out. popped home from uni this weekend to find a piece of card saying that the last issue I had recieved was my last!
twas a bit of a shock to the system coz now I haven't had the latest copy I have now renewed by subscription by becoming platinum, but still it would have been nice for a bit of fore warning.
