Stupid Reg's .. NEED HELP!

Hey guy's
trying to sell my maxflow on the forum's.
* as you've probably seen *
If it doesn't sell im planning on keeping the bottle removing the maxflow and just whacking a preset reg on the tank.

I had a little tug earlier to try and get the maxflow off, But it's on tight as HELL!!
has anyone got any good techniques, methods of getting these stupid reg's off bottles?

Well, its probably loctited on so would be good to heat it up (i.e. hairdrier) to soften the loctite. Then get a wrench or put it in a clamp and twist like hell. Put a rag/towel between to prevent marking the reg.

strap wrenches will answer all of your prayers.

one round the reg and one round the bottle the opposite way. works every single time for me.

Just make sure it's a fabric wrench, not a chain oil filter type

if its a Smart Parts Bottle werent some of the older ones reverse threaded ?

seem to remember summat like that ..anyhoo apply heat (hairdryer or summat no naked flames)

use a vice and a strap wrench as stated

stand well back
