Stupid Impulse Bolt Question

Can you remove the impulse bolt while the thing is gassed up like you can with an Angel, or does the bolt block the air passage and by trying to pull it out I will dump my entire tank?

Also whats the best way to fix a standard hammer to the pin, removed mine after Elsham to clean it and found the hammer had unscrewed itself off the pin, DOH! Doesn't seem to have done any damage.

You can remove the bolt whilst the gun is gassed up. No worries there.

Do you mean you removed the RAM assembly from the back of the gun and that the hammer had unscrewed itself from the RAM shaft? If so loctite it back on, can't remember if it's blue or green loctite but that should do the trick.

just do as mark B said but make sure u use the strongest loctite u can find.

yeah guys you got it right the hammer is un screwing itself from the RAM shaft. I will try the loctite thanks a lot.
