when you get it to fire (on half tank pressure) is it firing completelly normally? (velocity, bolt speed etc.)

to me it sounds more like a problem with your tank, what tank are you using?

also it might help to test the output pressure by attatching a guage to an asa if you have one

look in the manual and set the board settings back to factory default (maybe one or two increments up on dwell) and replace the battery with a brand new high quality one

also try stripping it down again (if you have time) and expecting all the parts for damage esspecially o rings and assemble it making sure the two screws that connect the air hoses to the body are tight

if you have access to another HPR it might help to test it with that too but make sure you start with the pressure at it's lowest to avoid damaging anything

hope this helps

Presuming your using air not CO2, your message suggests there is a problem with both air bottles.

If they give different results when they are half empty compared to full there must be something wrong with the regulators on the bottles.

There could be something wrong with the gun too.
But the air system is the first thing to sort out.

the screws holding the boad in should be tght enough for them not to leak but don't strip them :p

i would say the first thing to do would be to reset the board to factory settings and change the battery
