Right well...post what you like..heres my bit.

All seems to be good at the stadium...nice place food was pretty good and cheap. Ample parking, including overflow.

H-Pac was there with 3000 and 4500 fill stations.
The usual Angel tent, where I had a go on a 4, quite nice and only £900 inc, from LPS , couldnt rip it up too well tho.

Draxxus (Diablo) tent, Got an Extreme Rage Condom for £1.50. looks solid as fcuk, wont hoot through that in a hurry!

Also, a company selling Severe paint..AND the new Racegun!!! That was quite a nice bit of kit £850 inc. Got that to rip quite nicely...tho, the guy mentioned that it was full auto capable..."Not in this country I hope !" I said with a stern look!

Three fields. One of which was an Angel field...apparently dissapointing to play, no central big A.
The fields were set up in an L shape, two in a row then one to one side...but, you could only view from the stands, or from in the corner of the L, so you couldnt see two of the fields very well.

AND...apparently, the staff who run the Stadium, were running around, cleaning up any paint that broke on the track...apparently saying that if it stains, we wouldnt be allowed back today...or maybe next year!! Not good, its only 400m of track, they could have covered Key areas.

The marshalls were a little dissapointing during the first half of the day, but seemed to be better after Lunch, so maybe they were hungry!

Joy Division pulled out for some reason, which left 8 Slots for pro's on Sunday, and 8 Pro teams to fill them, so I heard!

The chrono station was a large inflateable, with one chrono on a table....Phill Webb was there before everygame, setting up someones 2003 Shocker, which he seemed to be able to shoot very fast! Maybe doing a bit of Advertising?! :D
I had Visions of someone getting carried and dropped into the accumulated "Paint Soup", at the end of the Chrono tent, before the end of the Tourney, I certainly wouldnt want to be the one!!!
Very messy....

There were around half a dozen cameras, including one on a Hoist, shooting the DVD, several on the fields...which lead to Some players doing fantastic dives and slides into bunkers, with one noteable occasion, when the slidee was one of 4 players, with only one opposition left...nowhere near him!!!!

There were also a couple of local TV crews there, and Someone from BBC Radio, interviewing people, including Phil Ham and one of the young ladies from Wolf Pac

Thats about it, duno what else happened, I will leave that to the more seasoned Tourney Visitors!

that company is atmosphere i do belive, they are importing racegun halfblocks as well as the excellent severe paint they have been supplying for a while now.

regarding full auto, yes all race guns can shoot full auto, but only if you connect it up to a computer or a palm with the neccessary software and reprogramme the grip. they have a number of modes including full auto, semi, burst (i think), sniper (pump action mode!, first trigger pull loads 2nd shoots). the same software is also used to set the bps of the grip, similar to how you set up an eblade....
once your setting have been loaded into the grip it is 100% impossible to change them in anyway (other than the load time) without reconnecting to the computer/palm

JAHLAD......Yeah, this was the latest Kiddie...think it must have been a half block, no cocking rod, tiny little white delrin bolt, and about 3 inches of travel to the back of the marker...very nice, still want my Eblade tho!

A pretty good round up there Skeetmaster.

One thing though: one camera on a hoist? Man I wish! We did have a gantry tho and should have some seriously good footage of the field and the tactics used.

As director/producer of the DVD though I thought it went pretty well adn we are seriously hoping that the final product is worthy of purchase.

As we have never done a paintball tournie before, none of us were quite sure how it would all pan out but the guys absolutely loved it (even Alan who took a ball in the nads!) and one of our lads Shane definitely developed some kind of insane desire to get himself shot in the head as many times as possible getting them on field camera shots! As long as Warren is happy with the final thing we will certainly be back next year, hopefully with a comedy whipping boy team of our own!

JUD your lucky, theres no swallowing whatsoever going on in my area...

DVD Dude...Well, it was an elevated platform, hoist, nifty lift type of thing on wheels, no outriggers tho...

Not as hectic as Campaign was last year, less trade obviously, but youve got to expect that.

That was Nemesis Sports selling the Severe paint - the new distributors for the south. AFAIK Atmosphere will be supplying them with all the goodies they are bringing in to the UK.
