o.k people what is the rule 4 studs on boots for millenium i got a pair of total 90's with metal footie studs

They dont really check your footwear to be honest, i played last year with metal blades and never got pulled but its is risk as it is in the rules.
They do check footwear at times, and its a bitch if you are caught wearing spikes. You are not allowed metal running spikes, but you can buy ceramic spikes from somewhere.

He supplies Tanel 360 cleats to the UK, i've just bought a pair on recommendation from a team mate and cannot recommend them highly enough!
They are so light its like wearing slippers (much, much lighter that ATC's/JT's), very durable and are particularly good if like me you suffer from knee/ankle problems as the stud design allows for twisting movement with minimal, stress on the joints...
The studs are moulded too so fully tourney legal, the grip is awesome, easily as good as studded football boots:
