Leave teh cocking rod in (at teh back)...pull it back...drop in 3mm allen key (a long one) pretty sure its 3mm...let the cocking rod go forward...tehn slide teh key up till you find teh top of teh hammer...then drop it into teh allen key hole..unwind it till, teh lug clears teh hole.

Then pull teh bits out...

Are you taking it completely apart If so you will need a valve tool.

That screw...is used to hiold teh valve still, and seal the hole when putting teh vaolve in or taking out.
The valve has a hole right through it, cross ways...when putting teh valve in...you line the hole up, make sure it stays straight, when you tighten teh jam nut (use an allen key etc) through taht hole, then loctite it back in, once everything is lined up.
