please can someone help me

i have been using a e-blade cocker for about 3 months now and it is getting to the point were it needs a proper strip down and clean

problem is, having bought it second hand, and therefore having no manual, i aint sure where to start

i basically want to strip it down to components, mainly to clean everything and also to figure out the internals as well.

can anyone point me in the right direction, either in the form of remove screw A for tab B, or by showing me to website that covers it

Also are there any golden rules so that i dont have to take it back to Planet to get it all set up again, not that they dont do a sterling job, which they did.....but i may as well pay them to clean it while they setting it up.....if you see what i mean

Cheers in advance

I wouldnt take the Pneumatics off the front block..leave them alone...take the bolt and cocking rod out...take the grip off, and carefully unplug the cocking solenoid lead and EYE lead...undo the two gripframe screws...take the grip off....undo the back grub screw, which should allow the velocity adjuster (nut or Rex kit) out, along with the hammer spring and hammer....I think you will have to wind in the cocking lug into the hammer to get it out...so if you do that before you start taking the guts out...you8 do that by popping an allen key down throught the hole in the sight rail and turning anti clockwise...if you count the number of turns, this will help you to wind it back out to the correct length when it goes back together...after thats all out...you are gonna need a valve removal tool, which you can get for about a tenner from Bellsales or Planet....you need undo the other grubscrew on the underside of the body, at the other end of the slot...then pop the tool in, and undo it till the valve retaining nut comes off and out...then get the valve out...now is the time to check the condition and what valve is in there..you can get a nice Supercharger valve from planet to go in there quite cheap...the valve may stick...so carefully pry it out witha small allen key..if not...take the gas nut out of the front block...and poke something long through the hole to push it out with...

You will probably have to remove the back block from the pump arm, to get your bits out..if you remember how many turns to get it off, you can again put it back in the same place when your done...

If your feeling flush, get a Nexus kit for it and put that lot on at the same time.I have an exploded diagram of a cocker if you want it I can email it to you...

Get a screwdriver set, allan key set, and follow these steps:

1)Undo any bolt/screw you see.
2)Undo any clips.
3)Unscrew any rams, pnues from the body
4)Disassemble everything
5)Remove o-rings from everything.

Now remember how to put it back together, that will be the trick to getting it right in the future. :)

the best way to do any job, is to chuff it up the first time

what i cant understand is why the hell the manufactures don't use either imperial or metric screws throughout the design

its not even like the marker is imperial and the e-blade is metric or vise versa
