In this country, if you knowingly buy stolen goods, or goods you believe to be stolen, then you are commiting an offence. But if you make a reasonable effort to identify whether or not these goods are stolen, then you cannot be blamed if they eventually turn out to be stolen. Even if no one owns up for them here, you can get in to trouble for owning a stolen marker. If the cops have the serial number and you get checked at customs there going to be all over you....
