Just a quicky... when adjusting an STO lpr which way do you turn the screw? In ( clockwise) or out (anti-clockwise)? Haven't really noticed any difference when ive screwed it either way.

I'm pretty sure its clockwise to raise the pressure.
That is clockwise when looking at the gun from the front.
You'll see a difference when the pressure starts getting really low... get it so that the gun "just" cocks then turn it up about 1/8 of a turn. Depending on your springs you should then be able to push the back block forwards (when held back with the trigger) quite easily.
