Have you tried it without the remote? Would seem the first obvious thing to try, that way you could see if the remote was the cause.

By "wont push back in" you mean it doesn't return to a non-cocked state? Or it gets stuck and you cant physically move it back in?

Is it like the gun is still cocked? You been messing with the trigger trying to shorten it?

All these questions! :)

well what i mean is that it does not return to the uncocked state and i cannot push the back block back in.. what i notice happens is that the "back block" either comes back in against the gun after a few seconds or i have kinda of either pull the trigger in more or pull the trigger out.. i mean it is highly fustratiing.

and i have a raptor tank which runs off a remote so i have to change the whole setup in order test and see if it is the air coming through the remote that is causing the problem..

i was just wondering if u or anyoe have ever experienced any proplems like this b4. with your autococker not comming back to its uncocked state after pulling the trigger

Hmmm

Could be a bad ram possibly but it sounds to me more like a 3 way prob.
Check these:
-is there enough input pressure
-is the ram turned up enough to return the block
-is the length of the timing rod set properly
-is the 3 way dirty inside
-are the O rings in the 3 way in good condition (not scratched or swollen or otherwise damaged)
-is there a leak anywhere

These are the first things I would check. If it's nothing like this then you MAY have problems with your remote setup, but I doubt it, unless this just started when you changed to the remote.
Aren't Cockers fun? Good luck.

oh yeah,

could also be the trigger return spring (inside the grip, behind the trigger plate). If you changed this recently or have had the gun for awhile you may want to check it. They get worn over time. But if you can't push the block forward I'd say it's the 3 way or timing rod thing.

hhmmm

Listen mate

Sounds rather as though it’s a 3 way problem, which could of course be linked to a weak trigger return spring or too much pressure on the three way. The thing is, cockers have so many influencing factors it could be any number of things (over pressurizing low pressure reg, bent 3 way shaft etc)

The best advice I could give you is to find yourself a good airsmith, preferably from a reputable company (not a mate who is good at tinkering!). Take it to them, and ask them to help you, most likely they will be happy to explain. You are obviously interested in the workings of cockers, so get someone with some knowledge to help you rather than people who do (or do not) have a clue what they're talking about over the internet. - They can't see what is wrong with your gun.

Good luck anyway

p.s. - I would suggest that it has nothing to do with your air supply, shouldn’t make a ram lock up unless it is free flowing.

p.p.s try using a spell checker once in a while!
