The impy is quicker. It's an electro and the cocker is not. Simple
(unless you get a race on the STO, then they will be close )

The impulse can be upgraded to reach insane rates of fire,
however the cocker is a more accurate marker, with a far greater scope for upgrade ans customisation.
its down to prefferance. i personally advise playing with both. they are VERY differant markers, and you will know which one you prefer after only a very short time playing with them

i get the impression he is buying a marker for the first time, or the first time he has bought a marker of this level, in which case running out and buying the fastest marker seems to appeal. but there are other things to consider if that is the case.

I realise he might be as well because he was asking about the black magic cocker. But like I said, he didnt ask that. I think he is perfectly capable of making another thread or even asking the question here as to what to do.
