Everyone's dropping tha ball...

So PSP does its first event in tha open and drops the ball big time, then tha NPPL states it will release its new date and venue on Monday 13 and, guess what, drops tha ball big time. Come back Jim Lively!

No, wait, forget that one...

Beaks/Eric - to my knowledge, Chuck H is prez and sole owner of tha NPPL at the moment.

THE NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL PAINTBALL LEAGUE – IN NEGOTIATIONS

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. – May 14, 2002 – The National Professional Paintball League, the sole founding amateur and professional paintball league in the United States, announced today that the details for the event, the third tour stop for this season , are still being finalized. As soon as all of the specifics are available, another announcement will follow.

“The NPPL is pulling out all the stops to make this tournament a huge success, said Chuck Hendsch,” elected president of the NPPL. “Negotiations are in the eleventh hour. As we evaluate all of our options going forward, our chief objective is to make decisions based upon what best serves the paintball player community. The next announcement will demonstrate this aim.”

Weird crapola going on here. I think www.nppl.com is changing servers or somehting becuase from one PC i get a nice splash screen (no content though) and the other I get some Dell thing.

So - will Flashpoint support the PSP as the team you have "issues" with are likely to be NPPL teams? or has life on the street been too tough and you are hanging up your spandex sliding shorts?
