Happy to give you tips but your question makes no sense, do you want tips on how to get paintball/ sup air to the general public or how to play better?
Try re phrasing your question and then watch the tips flood in
sorry about that man, i need to know how to get the public involved, and what we can do to expand a site not only to bring in the paintballers but something for their familys to do through out the day.

i would like to recomend alcohal, but im sure you dont have a licence
OR...
do a barbeque to pull them in for a lovely family day out in a paint splaterd country side, and the money raised on that can be used to by services for the field etc, then tell the public its fundraisng the field and that its going to be used for local paintball events for the community, and theyll feel "inclined" to help
