Stick with Ion with aftermarket parts or trade in for better

Currently im using a Sp Ion with Q-lock feedneck, Cp Trigger and 16" Linear Barrel, works well, only failed a few times. As I have no money, all cash made from the ion would go on a new gun, but wot would u say its worth, and whether i will be able to make enough to buy a better model?

The specs are

Standard Uk Smart Parts Ion (Black)
Q-Lock Feedneck (Blue) + Standard Feedneck but no O-Rings
Cp Trigger (Black) + Standard Ion Trigger
16" Linear Barrel (Black) + Standard 12" Ion Barrel.
++ All Standard Tools and accessories

youd be looking at about £70-90 which wouldnt be enough to get you anything better so stick with it mate and save up some pennies.

If you have the original parts I would strip it back to stock and sell the Ion and the aftermarket parts seperately which hopefully would give you enough to get a PMR.

I had an ion although I loved it would heavily rate a PMR over it, as this is what I traded up to. My 2p.

If it works and you still like useing it, keep it untill you have the funds to upgrade.

Keep it until you have the ££ to buy something better. Dont sell it until you buy another gun.

PMR09 or PMR2010... no question is the way up for you.

One of the guys in Tigers II used one at Millenium Campaign, won their division, it's a seriously good price/performace offering from Dye/Proto. Used PMR09's, probably £200/£250 odd for a good one, just over £300 brand new.
